We respect your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains what data exists and how to request its removal.

This website

This website is account-free: you do not register or sign in here, and we do not create a profile for you. The only data associated with your visit is limited technical log data (see our Privacy Policy), which is retained briefly and then deleted or anonymised automatically.

The DADA456 app

If you created an account in the separate DADA456 application, that account and its associated data are managed within the app. You can request deletion of your app account and personal data as follows:

  1. Open the DADA456 app and go to your account or settings area.
  2. Use the in-app support or account-deletion option to submit a deletion request.
  3. Provide enough information for us to identify your account (for example the registered username or mobile number) so we can verify the request.

What is deleted

On a verified request we will delete or anonymise the personal data we hold for your account, except where we are required to retain certain records to meet legal, regulatory, security or fraud-prevention obligations. Anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained.

Timing

We aim to action verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. Some backups and logs may persist for a limited time before they expire on their normal cycle.
